1, When and Why you need to make molds?

a, when it is totally new design, no exsiting design available.

b, when you need to do mass production, but no molds avaiable

c, when old molds wear out.

d, when sales goes up, and want to produce your own goods to save cost.

e, when it is a must, but no replacement parts available.

2, Do you produce both molds and molded parts?

Yes, we do both tooling/molds and mass production.

3, Do you require MOQ for mass production?

No

4, What format you need for the 3D files?

STP/STEP, IGS/IGES, X_T

Yes, we can provide mold  design free of charge after mold deposit is received.

5, Can you produce molds and molded parts as per samples?

Yes, and you can ship the samples to us.

6, How do you pack molds and molded parts?

a、 for molds, we pack them into fumigation-free plywood case

b、for parts, we pack them into 5-layer corrugated carton, or as per detailed requirements.

7, Can you provide weekly report?

Yes

8, What else capabilities do you have?

Silk Screen Printing, Pad Printing, Painting, Plating, Assembling, Sourcing, Ultrasonic Welding, Packing, And assist shipping.

9, How can we pay?

T/T or LC,  50% in advance, 50% before shipment

10, Can we visit your factory?

Yes, of course, warmly welcomed.

11, Can we sign NDA before I send drawings?

Yes, we can, and we promise we will never disclose your design.

12. Can you provide R&D service support?

Yes, We have a professional R&D team. According to the ID provided by the customer, we can provide one-stop service from product design, mould manufacturing, production, packaging, and shipping.
